Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Requify ("we," "our," or "us") may issue refunds for subscription fees paid for our software-as-a-service platform (the "Service"). Please read this policy alongside our Terms and Conditions .

  1. General Policy

    All subscription fees paid to Requify are generally non-refundable. When you purchase a subscription, you are paying for access to the Service for the billing period in question, regardless of whether you actively use the Service during that period. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

    We encourage you to take full advantage of any free trial period or beta access before committing to a paid subscription to ensure the Service meets your needs.

  2. Exceptions and Eligible Refunds

    Notwithstanding the general non-refundable policy, we will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

    • Billing Errors : If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a technical error on our part, we will refund the difference promptly upon verification.
    • Duplicate Charges : If your account was charged more than once for the same billing period due to a system error, we will refund all duplicate charges in full.
    • Extended Service Outages : If the Service experiences unplanned downtime exceeding our stated 99.9% uptime commitment within a given billing month, you may be eligible for a pro-rated service credit applied to your account.
    • Legal Requirements : We will issue refunds where required by applicable consumer protection or contract law in your jurisdiction.
  3. Annual Subscriptions

    Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the start of each billing year and are non-refundable for the remaining unused portion of the term unless an exception listed in Section 2 applies. If you cancel an annual subscription, your access will continue until the end of the paid annual period, at which point it will not auto-renew.

    If you downgrade from an annual plan to a lower tier or seat count, any resulting credit will be applied to your account for use against future invoices and will not be refunded in cash.

  4. Monthly Subscriptions

    Monthly subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle and cover the upcoming month of access. If you cancel a monthly subscription, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period and will not auto-renew. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

  5. Seat Count Changes

    If you reduce the number of licensed seats on your subscription mid-cycle, the reduction will take effect at the start of the next billing period. No refunds or credits are issued for seats removed mid-cycle. If you increase your seat count mid-cycle, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

  6. Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid for the current billing period. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of the period already paid for.

  7. Account Termination by Requify

    If we terminate your account for violations of our Terms and Conditions , no refund will be issued. If we terminate your account for reasons unrelated to a breach of our Terms, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.

  8. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund under an eligible exception, please contact our billing team within 30 days of the charge in question. Include the following information in your request:

    • Your account email address
    • The date and amount of the charge in question
    • A description of the issue and the reason for your refund request

    We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  9. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
