    • Opt-in Only : AI features are disabled by default and must be explicitly enabled by your organization administrator
    • Your API Keys : You provide and manage your own API keys for third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral, Google, Together.ai)
    • Direct Processing : When AI features are used, your data is sent directly to your chosen AI provider for processing
    • No Requify AI Hosting : We do not host, store, or process AI models ourselves - all AI processing occurs with your selected third-party provider

    Important: When you use AI features, your data will be subject to the privacy policies and terms of service of your chosen AI provider. We recommend reviewing their policies before enabling AI features. You retain full control over which data is processed by AI services and can disable these features at any time.

  11. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
